China has recently been making visa exemptions for tourism with many countries around the world. This means that visitors can visit for tourism, business, or other non-work related reasons for up to 30 days at a time. This makes going to China a very attractive prospect for many, and we agree that there has never been a better time to visit!

Who can enter Visa-Free?
As of November 10th 2025, the following countries can, with ordinary passports, enter China visa-free for purposes of business, tourism, visits to relatives and friends, exchange visits, and transit, provided that their stay periods will not exceed 30 days. The duration of stay for every foreign national shall be calculated from 00:00 on the day following the day of entry.
